Hanging out with friends can be a lot of fun and often end up with a drinking game of some sort.
More often people are spending nights in with friends rather than going out and it just takes a little advanced prep.
Brian Calteaux from Winona, MN, sells the Jell-O shot games on his Etsy shop Stone Point Woodwork and they are far better than you’d expect.
Each set looks like a typical Jenga board with 54 pieces but hidden inside 15 of the pieces are slots to hide Jell-O shots. When you play, if you are one of the lucky or unlucky ones depends on your view to pull one of those pieces, the shot is yours.
Brian made the whole thing pretty fool-proof: It comes with 25 1-oz. Jell-O shot cups with lids, laminated rules for how to play, and even a recipe card if you need a little help on how to make Jell-O shots yourself.
As he pointed out on his site, “this game is totally genius for literally any occasion—tailgates, bachelor parties, adult birthdays”.
“It’s the perfect way to start off a game night or break the ice during a party where maybe the small talk is getting a tad boring. We’ve all been there”.
